Debotosh Purkayastha is a Director of Finance at Impulse Social Enterprises as well as Finance Manager at Impulse NGO Network for the last 8 years. Before joining the Impulse team in 2006, he worked with Fidelity Investments, Ltd. in Bangalore and has experience in accounts, finance, and human resource development.

Mr. Purkayastha now contributes his expertise in accounting, banking, and investment to Impulse Social Enterprises and Impulse NGO Network and has been involved in several initiatives, including UN supported projects such as UNODC, UNIFEM, and UNICEF, UNGIFT.

He holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing and Sales Management from the Indian Institute of Management and Sales and Human Resource Development.
