Rosanna has been a part of Impulse since its early days. A classmate of Hasina’s at Lady Keane College, she is also a founder on the Board of Directors of Impulse Social Enterprises as well of Impulse NGO Network.

Rosanna has probably held every single position at Impulse NGO Network in the last 15 years, starting to work as a volunteer basis, then Project Manager and finishing to the position of Team Leader. During her career, she has assisted and implemented a range of projects supported by UNODC, UNIFEM, UNICEF, NACO, and the State and Central governments including combating child trafficking, HIV and AIDS awareness, adolescent health, and livelihood support of rural artisans.

She has gained strong expertise in networking and advocacy, resource assistance, documentation, and case intervention. She is proud to be part of the team addressing the needs of women and children in distress.

Her true passion is to work with the people, especially with rural communities. Currently, besides being on the Board of Directors of ISE, she is looking after the Training section of Impulse NGO Network as a Board Member.
